Join us for the sixth edition of the Cinema Under Siege series.

On the 21st of September, Dr. K. Kalyani will visit the UvA to talk about anti-caste resistance through music in Northern India.

Join four Latin American scholars in a conversation about art, performance and rituals at their intersections with activism and political resistance in times of renewed imperialist threats.

All are welcome for this conversation with writer and publisher from Nagpur/India, Yogesh Maitreya, and Amsterdam-based scholar of philosophy, Dr. Monika Kirloskar-Steinbach.
